Ive become quite the music snob over the past few years. I like the great standards, Sinatra, Martin and the like. Tony Bennett a lot too. Lately, Ive been getting into a lot of rare 50s and early 60s Doo Wop. I also like a lot of early black R&B. We would be nowhere without black music. I like the great country story tellers like Patsy Cline and of course the man in black. Hank Williams too.

I like a lot of rare Rockabilly.

I love old Ska. The stuff that came about in the late 50s and 60s. Some of the 2 tone stuff of the 70s too.

My 3 fave punk bands of all time in order are social d., the clash and the ramones. I think social d is the greatest living punk band of all time. They have outlived them all thus far and have made a sound all their own.

I had a thing for jazz for a while but kinda outgrew a large part of it. Now I only listen to certain things and I gotta be in the mood.

Thats me, more or less, the music snob now.

I just wanted to qualify my previous statement about how I wouldn't listen to crap music anymore. I will listen to some pop music though, Ill admit, as long as it from the 50s or early 60s.
