I think Communism has been shown to work, in very small communities, for a very short period of time. as long as there is no outside infulences.
the. That being said, the quote appears to be fairly accurate.

I agree with the quote, though it seems applicable to most any political type of governing system as greed does seem to fuck up most every thing in the end.
