Meta: Fixed some HTML in the template

When I signed on today, viewing from IE 6.0, I noticed that the sidebar was all f'ed up. I think it was a side effect of adding the OMI Reunion link to the sidebar. I took the liberty of fixing it, but if I f'ed anything else up, let me know in the comments.

I don't want to bore everyone with the details, but the problem was with mismatched HTML tags. For every <tag>, you need a corresponding closing </tag>. If you forget a closing tag, web browser gets mighty confused.

I noticed it this morning, and figured the little men in my computer like fucking with people who have hangovers and are at work really early.
Mark is real cool, let's hear it for Mark and Scott for being smarter then the little men in our computers.
