Good Eats!

Went to TGI Fridays tonight for dinner with a pain in the ass friend, but I had the Jack Daniels Flat Iron Steak and it was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a red meat lover like I am.

This country is run by morons and I dont even really mean The Preisdent: the stupidity goes way beyond Him.

See ya....

Eric,

If you're going to be on a diet, I highly recommened the Chocolate Diet, which I have steadily been on since child birth (I often wondered if I suckled on chocolate breast milk - ha, ha!) Anyway, the Chocolate Diet is simple. After you've finished your dinner (something mildly healthy to compensate for what you're about to eat next), you now deserve dessert, which of course should be some sort of chocolate. The next morning you could wake up with a cup of coffee OR you COULD have a nice tasty mug of hot chocolate with chocolate whipped cream on top. During the day, if you're feeling sad you should eat some chocolate because it releases endorphins and will elevate your mood. Conversely, if you're feeling happy you should celebrate your extraordinary mood with none other than some chocolate. This diet is easy to follow and it even has some health benefits: aside from it releasing endorphins, it has been scientifically proven that dark chocolate contains anti-oxidants (I recommend Dove dark chocolates if you decide to go this route.) In closing, I'd just like to reiterate that the Chocolate Diet is THE diet to be on.

P.S. I applaud your mom for jump-starting your new diet. :)
