The proposal to protect our borders is going to cost us 1.9 Billion. Sure, we can go to war with Iraq and spend $234,847,456,473,398.04 but to prtect our borders we will only waste a few billion.
A lot of you are right, this admin. does waste so much money it is not even funny. I am in no way saying another party would do better, but I am saying that things have gone too far.
When do we elect the next President? '08?

Here's a cute little thing I heard once. Our Armed forces has spent more money then..... everything else in america combined, every road, every house, every buisness, every non milatary spending in the history of the USA. I'll see if I can't find a souce link.
Yeah, thats a totally believeable idea. And yes, our war obsession goes way beyond the current admnin.
